Kids
play in many different ways.
Their
strengths for one activity may not be the same as in other
areas.
The same is also true
with school as kids learn in many different ways too!
At The C.H.I.L.D.
Organization we recognize that ALL children learn
differently - and that's OK . . . |
. . . It's
also OK to make sure your child has the right supports when your
child is struggling in one area or multiple areas! The
C.H.I.L.D. Organization can help you to navigate child study
teams, locate resources and help your child build on their
strengths for the classroom, playground and at home. Our
workshops are designed for parents, teachers and related
professionals interested in optimizing success for their child and
students. All
are invited to our upcoming Open House and monthly workshops
- We
would just appreciate an RSVP for the current program so our
planners can ensure that there is sufficient seating and adequate
supply of materials for all. See
You There!
A
Special Awareness Announcement
Bullying
is NOT kids just being kids. It is a situation that has
become a problem and is the fault of adults!
If
your child is being bullied in any way, YOU probably are not
even aware of it. Furthermore, your child will keep it to
him/herself,
even though the affects are present. If
you need help or have any questions please contact the:
